Joel Rash is a seminal figure in the Flint, MI underground music scene. He organized, promoted and/or produced thousands of shows from the mid-1980's - 2000's (and beyond!).

This recording captures him addressing the crowd at a Rugby Mother's show in early 1991. Like any great promoter, his passion for the scene and attention to a quality atmosphere at his shows helped make the scene what it was (and still is).
